Square Type

The Hualong HGH, HEG, HWE, and HRG series all adopt a square rail structure, covering various needs such as heavy load, low assembly, wide width, and rollers.
The square rail adopts a rectangular cross section design, which has strong rigidity and high bearing capacity, and can simultaneously withstand loads in four directions: up and down, left and right. The installation surface of the guide rail is flat, easy to lock and calibrate, and it is the most mainstream type of guide rail in industrial automation equipment.

Micro rail type

The Hualong HMG (widened) and HQG (standard) series are designed for micro application scenarios and are widely used in fields such as semiconductors, medical instruments, and humanoid robots.
The micro rail has a small volume and light weight, adopts a four point contact design, can withstand loads in all directions, has strong rigidity, and high precision. The width of the guide rail is only 7 to 15mm, which is particularly suitable for precision equipment with limited space.

After the linear guide is installed in place, lithium based grease must be added through the slider nozzle before the first operation. When leaving the factory, the slider has already been sealed with basic grease, but please re lubricate after trial operation to ensure that the rolling elements and raceway are fully coated.

The surface of the guide rail is coated with anti rust oil at the factory. If the guide rail has been cleaned before installation, please reapply a layer of lubricating oil after locking and confirm that the oil used is compatible with the anti rust layer to avoid chemical reactions or lubrication failure.

The slider end cover, retainer and other components are made of engineering plastic. When cleaning the slider, do not soak it in organic solvents or expose it to them for a long time, otherwise it will cause material aging or dimensional deformation, affecting the smooth circulation of the steel ball.

Once foreign objects such as iron filings, sand particles, and coolant enter the slider, they will directly damage the raceway and steel ball surface. Please keep the surrounding area of the guide rail clean during installation and use, and if necessary, choose Hualong Gao dust proof or ultra high dust proof oil scraper.
5.
The slider of non interchangeable guide rail is paired with the guide rail for grinding, please do not use it interchangeably with other sliders. If you need to replace the slider or guide rail separately, please choose the Hualong interchangeable series and lock it according to the recommended torque.
6.
When moving or installing guide rails, always keep them in a horizontal position. Tilting or sudden tilting can cause the slider to slide out of the guide rail due to its own weight, resulting in the steel ball falling off or the retainer being damaged. If you need to disassemble the slider, please use a dedicated clamp rail.
7.
The slider or guide rail may be directly damaged by impact or drop, which can directly disrupt the internal rolling cycle structure. Even if there is no damage to the appearance, the original accuracy may still be lost. If an unexpected impact occurs, please contact the Hualong technical team to retest the straightness and preloading.
8.
Under special working conditions such as woodworking dust, graphite processing, high temperature ovens, and vacuum environments, standard dust prevention and lubrication methods may fail. Hualong can provide optional solutions such as E2 self lubricating module, metal scraper, stainless steel end cap, etc. Please communicate with our engineers in advance for selection.
