Recirculating Ball Linear Guide

The recirculating ball linear guide adopts Gothic structure, and the contact angle is 45 °, realizing uniform load distribution in four directions. Use of large steel balls to increase load capacity, fully demonstrating high load and torque capabilities.

The stability and efficiency of 3D printing equipment are inseparable from the accuracy and reliability of the mechanical structure, and the recirculating ball linear guide is the key component supporting all these. The rigidity of the guide rail structure also determines whether the equipment can maintain stable operation in high-speed printing, and avoid layer ripple or distortion caused by vibration.

Salt water immersion test

After 16 days of immersion, more than half of the water has evaporated and salt crystals have appeared on the surface of the guide rail product.

Then take the guide rails out of the water tank; the surfaces are covered with salt crystals and rust spots. Next we will rinse and wipe the two guide rails.

After rinsing and wiping, the surface , inner holes, ball channels and back of the product: the rust-proof coated guide rail on the left is basically the same as it was 16 days ago; the bearing steel guide rail on the right has turned black overall, which affects its use.

Anti-rusy guide rail

The guide rail surface is smooth and flat.

Ordinary guide rail

The guide rail surface is rough and uneven.
