CNC slide rails are precision linear guide components specifically designed for CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines (e.g., CNC lathes, machining centers). They enable high-precision, stable linear motion for the machine's moving parts.

The recirculating linear guide adopts a 4-row arc contact design and 45o inclined ball arrangement, providing the same rated load capacity in four directions(radial and anti-radial.) it can be used in any installation orientation(X,Y direction)and allows uniform preloading while maintaining low friction resistance, enhancing rigidity in four load directions-ideal for high-precision and high-load motion.
The optimized lubrication circuit design uniformly injects lubricant into each circulation loop. It achieves patented lubrication performance in any installation orientation, improving overall motion smoothness and service life, and enabling high-precision, high-reliability, and stable linear motion.

High rigidity,4-Direction Equal Load Design
The slider`s high rigidity cross-section design and 4-row 45° arc contact ball arrangement provide same rated load capacity in radial, and lateral directions. Sufficient preloading can be applied to enhance rigidity, making it suitable for various installation applications.

 

Self-aligning Capability
The arc groove design enables self-aligning capability. It can absorb installation errors even with preloading, maintaining smooth, stable, and high-precision linear motion.
