Ball Guide Rail

A ball guide rail is a precision mechanical component consisting of a fixed guide rail (with grooves) and a movable carriage (slider) with internal steel balls. The balls roll between the rail and carriage, enabling low-friction, high-precision linear motion.

1. HGH series: four rows of circular arc grooves, automatic centering, highest load bearing capacity, suitable for heavy duty cutting centers.
2. HEG series: reduces the combination height by about 35%, suitable for compact high speed automation equipment such as surface mount machine beams.
3. HWE series: widened guide rail width of 17 50mm, with outstanding anti torsion rigidity, suitable for single track use, suitable for medical imaging equipment and lightweight robotic arms.

1. The flange structure brings higher rigidity: the distance between the bolts installed on both sides is larger, and the ability to resist overturning moment is about 40% higher than that of the same specification square type.

4. The three series cover the entire scene: HGW provides heavy duty (dynamic load of 14.7 to 120kN), EGW provides low height (slider height of only 18.7mm), and WEW provides wide width (increased torsional inertia by three times).
5. Rich sealing options: The flange type also supports DD/ZZ/KK and SH/KH/DH high dustproof codes, among which the WEW series has a bottom dust seal, effectively preventing dust from entering below.

A1: When the installation space allows, the flange type has better rigidity; But for larger widths, the square shape is still preferred for compact occasions.

Q2: Do flange type sliders need to be paired for use?
A2: It can be used with a single slider (such as the HWE series), or multiple sliders can be placed side by side without restrictions.

Q3: Lubrication precautions during downward installation?
It is recommended to install an oil nozzle on the reserved hole above the slider end cover for easy refueling.

Q4: What is the depth standard for countersunk holes on flange surfaces?
A4: According to the table, the sinking depth of M4~M16 is 3.5~20mm, and non standard deepening is possible.

Q5: Do you provide stainless steel flange types?
A5: Only available for micro series (15 and below), standard specifications need to be customized.

Q6: How to prevent gaps between the flange surface and the installation surface?
A6: Use a torque wrench to cross lock with the recommended torque, and check that the flatness is ≤ 0.01mm/m.
