The rollers of the HRG square guide rail are in line contact with the raceway, and each column of rollers is arranged alternately. The axes of adjacent rollers are offset by a pitch to avoid friction between the rolling elements. The roller retainer uses high strength engineering plastic and stainless steel sheets to ensure that the rollers do not tilt or get stuck during high speed cycling. The raceway undergoes high frequency quenching and precision grinding, with a surface hardness of HRC58 62 and a hardened layer depth of ≥ 1.5 mm.
