Q: What is your after-sales service and warranty policy?
A: For the confirmed defective products, we assume the following responsibilities:
1. 12 month warranty period, calculated from the date of product receipt.
2. Replacement parts will be included in your subsequent order shipment.
3. Non conforming goods can be returned or replaced according to the customer's requirements.
Q: Do you accept ODM and OEM orders?
A: Yes. We provide ODM and OEM services to customers around the world. We can customize the shell style, size and brand according to your specifications, and provide customized circuit boards and packaging boxes according to your needs.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
A: The minimum order quantity of standard products is 10 pieces. For customized products, the minimum order quantity can be negotiated in advance. Sample orders are not subject to the minimum order quantity requirements.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: The delivery time of sample orders is 3-5 days, and that of batch production orders is 5-15 days.
Q: Do you provide free samples?
A: Yes, we provide free samples for distributors and wholesalers, and the freight is borne by customers.
Q: How to place an order?
A: 1. Send us the product model, brand, quantity, recipient details, shipping method and payment terms by email.
2. We will prepare and send you a proforma invoice (PI).
3. After confirming the PI, complete the payment.
