Simple lubrication structure
The linear guide is equipped with oil nozzle on the slider; grease can be injected directly with an oil gun, or a special oil pipe joint can be installed to connect the oil supply pipe for lubrication with an automatic oil feeder.

Installation method of slide rail |
|
|
1.clean the dirt on the assembly surface of the machine table. |
2.place the slide rail smoothly on the machine table , and fit with the reference surface of machine table. |
|
|
|
|
3.temporarily tighten the assembly screws to check if the screw holes align, and roughly fix the reference surface at the bottom of the slide rail to assembly surface at the bottom of the machine table. |
4.use lateral fixing screw to sequentially push the side reference surface to the slide rail against the side assembly surface of the machine table to confirm the slide rail`s position. |

5.use a torque wrench to tighten each screw in sequence with a specific torque, pushing the reference at the bottom of the slide rail tightly against the assembly surface at the bottom of the machine. |
6.install the remain matching slide rails according steps 1 to 5. |
