CNC guideways are the key linear parts in CNC machine tools: they guide moving parts (such as workbench and tool rest) to perform accurate and stable linear movement, while carrying loads and reducing friction to ensure machining accuracy. Most of them adopt rolling design (ball/roller) to fix the rail and the bracket matching of circulating steel members, which provides low friction, high repeated positioning accuracy and multi-directional load resistance, meeting the high-precision requirements of CNC.

Super lubricating coating technology
A special "silent protective film" is formed at the moment when the sliding block contacts the guide rail by using the self-developed special lubricating coating technology. This minimizes the friction coefficient and eliminates noise sources.

Compared with ordinary guide sliders that wear rapidly, our products have been strictly tested to achieve excellent durability. We use aviation grade high-strength alloy materials, whose unique molecular structure gives excellent compression and wear resistance to guide sliders.

Adapt to various environments
The product is strictly designed to adapt to various harsh environments and can operate stably in wet workshops and dusty construction sites.

1. Clean the mounting surface of the machine tool workbench.

2. Gently place the guide rail on the workbench of the machine tool to ensure that the side mounting surface of the guide rail base is aligned with the side mounting surface of the workbench.
3. Temporarily install bolts to confirm alignment with bolt holes, and fix the bottom mounting surface of guide rail base to the bottom mounting surface of workbench.

4. Use the side fixing screws to tighten the side mounting surface of the guide rail base against the side mounting surface of the workbench in order to complete the guide rail positioning.
5. Use a torque wrench to tighten the mounting bolts to the specified torque in sequence, and fix the bottom mounting surface of the guide rail base to the bottom mounting surface of the workbench.

6. Repeat steps 1 to 5 to install the remaining paired guide rails.

Customized products (such as lead screws and guide rails) cannot be returned or replaced unless there are quality defects.
