Roller Bearing Guide Rails

Roller bearing guide rails are precision linear motion components which consist of a fixed rail, a movable slider, and cylindrical rollers (replacing balls) as the rolling elements. The unique design provides a larger contact area, resulting in higher load capacity, greater rigidity, and improved vibration dampening.

1.clean the matching burrs and dirt on the machine table mounting face before installation

2.place the linear guide rail flat on the machine table, and make the reference surface of the rial fit the side mounting surface of the machine table
Both sides of linear guide rails can be used as reference surface

3.lock the mounting bolts but do not fully tighten them and make the guide rail reference surface fit the machine table side mounting surface as closely as possible.
Before installation, check whether the screw holes match the mounting bolts

4.tighten the rail positioning bolts in sequence to make the rail fit closely with the machine table side mounting surface

5.use torque wrench to tighten the mounting bolts to the specified torque value. Tighten the mounting bolts in sequence from the middle of the rail to bolt ends-this ensures stable accuracy

6. for the remaining paired rails. Follow steps 1 to 5 reference side rail installation

Lock the mounting bolts but do not full tighten them use a vise to press the rail`s reference surface tightly against the machine stable side mounting surface. Then use a torque wrench the rail mounting bolts in sequence according to the specified torque value.
